We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join the team, working with 5 young people with learning disabilities, ASD, and complex needs. Your role will involve assisting residents along their care pathways, helping them lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
Location: Hailsham
Pay: £29,380 - £32,760 (Inclusive of sleeps)

Support Worker's Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs
- Observe, monitor, and document residents' progress with care and dignity
- Encourage and assist residents in developing independent living skills
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Support Worker's Requirements:
- A strong desire to create positive outcomes for children and young adults with learning disabilities
- An empathetic, caring, and resilient approach
- At least 6 months of experience in a UK social care setting
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- The right to work in the UK
- A valid driving license and access to a car (essential due to rural location)
