Children’s Home Registered Manager – New Home Opening!
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Salary: £50,000 base, with potential earnings up to £53,000 through bonuses

Are you an experienced Registered Manager passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We’re seeking a dedicated leader to spearhead the opening and management of a brand-new children’s home for young people aged 11-17 with challenging behaviours.

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Delivering high-quality care in line with OFSTED regulations

Leading and inspiring a team to support young people in a safe, nurturing environment

Developing and implementing strategic plans for home improvements

Overseeing staffing, mentoring, and care-focused training

Ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children & Young People
- 2-3 years of management experience in children’s residential care
- Strong knowledge of the Children’s Act 1989 and Care Standards Act 2000
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
