Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus bonus scheme
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Children's Home Registered Manager to join a leading specialist provider of children’s residential care. This role offers the chance to oversee a 2-bed EBD home and a solo home catering for children and young people with complex needs. The Children's Home Registered Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of these services, with the potential to progress into multi-site management as the organisation expands. Key Responsibilities:
- Hold OFSTED registration and ensure compliance with all standards
- Manage and support staff teams within the service
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people
- Deliver therapeutic care and support tailored to individual needs
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality service
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, and staff development
- Ensure the service meets all OFSTED standards and regulations
Requirements:
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
- Proven experience as a Children's Home Registered Manager
- Experience working with children and young people with EBD and/or Learning Disabilities
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to work autonomously and lead a team effectively
