I have a fantastic opportunity for a Children's Home Registered Manager to join a small but ambitious Children’s Residential provider to dual manage a 2-bed EBD home and a solo home catering for children & young people with Complex Needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the services and will have a genuine opportunity to move into an operational role as the organisation has further homes earmarked for expansion. This role offers a Registered Manager the opportunity to gain experience in multi-site management.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Children’s Home Registered Manager looking for a new challenge with complete autonomy.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus up to an achievable bonus scheme!
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with EBD or Learning Disabilities.
Responsibilities of the Children’s Home Registered Manager:

Hold OFSTED registration
-
Manage staff team within the service
-
Ensure the staff and young people are supported at all times
-
Ensure the service offers therapeutic care and support
-
Ensure the service is safe and efficient
-
Manage staffing and recruitment
-
Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
Requirements:
-
NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)

NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
-
Experience working within a Children’s Home Registered Manager's position

Experience in EBD and or Learning Disabilities
