Deputy Home Manager – Children's Residential

• Location: Letchworth

• Salary: £33.6k - £34.8k + £4,000-£8,000 for sleep-ins

• Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week

• Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence

About the Role:

We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join our team, providing therapeutic care and support for young people in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care.

• Act as a role model, fostering a positive environment.

• Oversee daily operations, budgets, and rotas.

• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.

• Work flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in Residential Children’s Care.

• NVQ Level 4 in Management/Childcare (or willing to work towards).

• Strong leadership & organisational skills.
