Salary: £30,260 - £31,700 (inclusive of sleeps)

What You'll Need to Bring:
To be a successful Qualified Residential Support Worker, you must meet the following criteria:

Qualification is Essential: You must hold a Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care or Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).

Experience: Previous experience supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, sensory impairment, and associated behavioural challenges/complex care needs.

Licence: Must hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence.

Availability: Ability to work shifts and complete overnight sleep-ins in the home.

Knowledge: Familiarity with residential care principles and standards.

Eligibility: Must have valid Right To Work in the UK.
