Job Details:
- Looking for either a day-time Support Worker, or a Waking Night Support Worker
- Supporting in a 2 bedded residential children's home
- The home supports children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- You will work with the staff team to provide effective support to children and young people
- All support must be recorded, meeting OFSTED and company standards
- Supporting at the home and in the community
- Following and updating care plans for each individual child
- You will have full training from when you start
- Supporting in a home based in Southport
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Working on a monthly shift pattern
- Day shifts will sometimes have sleep in shifts attached
- Day shift times are: 8am - 8pm
- Night shift times are: 8pm - 8am
- Basic salary is £26,250
- Sleep-ins are paid at £50 per night, usually 6 a month, taking salary to £29,850
- Scope for overtime
Requirements Details:
- No experience needed in a formal residential setting as training will be offered
- A drive to care and support young people is essential
