Salary: £30,062 to £34,488 inclusive of sleep in's
Shifts: Long day shifts and sleep-ins required

Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage young people to participate in activities and take responsibility for their lives, tailored to their age.
- Maintain a homely, friendly environment within the residential setting.
- Manage challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism.
- Protect children and young people from risks to their health and welfare.
- Support young people's independence and overall well-being.
- Ensure a safe environment and stay informed about individual care plans and communication preferences.
- Develop positive relationships with staff, parents, social workers, and other professionals involved in the young people's lives.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Children's Residential Support Worker or with young people is desirable.
- Experience in healthcare or social care settings is advantageous.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car are essential, as transportation of young people may be required.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People is desirable.
- Ability to commute to Warminster.
