Children's Residential Support Worker

Job Details:
- Residential Support Worker
- 4 bedded, EBD home
- Service has been operational as a children's residential care home since September
- Provide OFSTED standard support to children and young people
- Work alongside support workers, seniors, deputies and the home manager
- Support at the home and in the community
- Encourage the young people to take part in activities
- Ensure all young people have access to tailored support
- Create a therapeutic environment for young people to thrive in
- Follow, manage and update care plans
- Sefton based home
Contract Details:
- Up to £36,000 = £12.94 - £13.50 ph + £60 per sleep
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Shifts are on a 3 week rolling rota, 24 hour shifts inc sleeps
- Week 1 - Mon, Wed, Sat. Week 2 - Tue, Fri, Sun. Week 3 - Thurs
Requirements Details:
- Need to have residential experience
- Drivers are desirable
