Job Description:
A leading specialist provider is offering a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and resilient individual to join a children’s residential service in Ely, Cambridgeshire, as a Children's Residential Support Worker. This role involves supporting young people aged 8 to 18 years with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- A full UK manual driver’s license is essential, as transportation of young people is required.
- Over the age of 21.
- Ability to commute to Ely, Cambridgeshire.
- Experience as a Children’s Residential Support Worker or in a related social care setting is desirable but not essential.
- Passionate about supporting young people aged 8-18 with EBD and committed to making a difference.
