Children's Residential Care Worker - Derby
Are you a compassionate and dedicated professional with experience in residential childcare? We are looking for passionate Children's Residential Care Workers to join our team in Derby (Mickleover/Littleover).

Competitive Salary: £31,440 - £34,060 (OTE, inclusive of sleep-ins).

£1,000 Sign-on Bonus.

Alternate Week Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week plus sleep-ins and on-call duties.

What You'll Need:

A QCF Level 3 or 4 in Children, Young People & Families or NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) is essential.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential childcare.

A full UK driving licence is required.

The ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Derby.
