Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage young people to participate in activities and take responsibility suitable to their age
- Maintain a homely and welcoming environment within residential homes
- Manage challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism
- Protect children and young people from risks, ensuring their health and welfare
- Support individuals in developing independence and promoting overall well-being
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to care plans, guidelines, and communication strategies
- Handle challenging behaviour safely and sympathetically
- Build positive relationships with staff, parents, social workers, and other professionals such as psychologists

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience as a Children’s Residential Support Worker or in a similar young people or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
- Valid driver’s license required for transportation of young people
- Over the age of 21
- Ability to commute to Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
