A leading specialist provider in residential care is seeking motivated Support Workers to join their modern semi-independent home in Crediton. This enriching role involves supporting children and young people aged 8-16 who experience Emotional & Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude.
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence: As transportation of residents is necessary.
- Age: Applicants must be over 21 years old.
- Location: Reliable commuting ability to Crediton.
