Job Details:
- Children's Residential Support Worker
- Supporting in a brand new home, which is part of an established children's residential home specialist
- Supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- 2:1 support ratios
- Following, updating and managing care plans
- Working alongside support workers, seniors, deputies and registered manager
- Ensure all support meets OFSTED and company standards
- Bradford based
Contract:
- Full-Time, permanent contract
- Working a set shift pattern, on a 3 week rolling rota
- 12.55 ph
- + £63 per sleep
- Total salary £32,005.56
Requirements:
- Experience is desirable, not essential
- A driving licence is desirable, not essential
- Experience working in the UK for a minimum of 5 years is essential
