Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people in Abertillery

Support individual care plans and daily routines
Maintain accurate records and reports
Work effectively with colleagues and external professionals
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential childcare or a similar setting is desirable
A caring, patient, and resilient nature
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins in Abertillery
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or willingness to work towards)
