Our client is seeking a dedicated Children's Support Worker to join a new residential home in Bradford. The Children's Support Worker will work within a supportive team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring all support meets OFSTED and company standards. Key Responsibilities:
Support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours in a residential setting
Follow, update, and manage individual care plans
Work collaboratively with support workers, seniors, deputies, and the registered manager
Ensure all support provided complies with OFSTED and company standards
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people
Participate in shift patterns on a 3-week rolling rota, including sleep shifts
Requirements:
Experience working in a children’s residential setting is desirable but not essential
A driving licence is desirable but not essential
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the UK is essential
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow care plans
This Children's Support Worker role in Bradford offers a full-time, permanent contract with a set shift pattern. The role pays £13.50 per hour plus an additional £60 per sleep shift, with total annual earnings of approximately £32,005.56.
