Job Title: Children’s Support Worker (Residential Children’s Home)
Location: Near Aberdare, CF44
Salary: £14.24 – £28.48 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people with daily routines, activities, and hobbies
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive development
- Provide emotional and practical support within the home environment
- Ensure the safety of young people by following care plans and risk assessments
- Support with challenging behaviours and help reduce incidents
- Assist with evening and weekend activities, including trips and outings
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience supporting children or young people (or in a similar social care setting)
- UK driving licence is essential
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Restraint training (TMVA/PMVA or similar) or willingness to complete a 3-day course
