Ross has supplied agency staff for the Junior Apprentice department at Cardiff and Vale College for 8 years. He has a sound understanding of the nature of the department and the challenges we face. 

We were initially contacted directly by Kerry from Vetro regarding a potential Registered Home Manager she was working with. I spoke with Kerry to discuss the role, our requirements, and the candidate she had in mind.
