Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Advisor to join a leading specialist provider in the healthcare technology sector.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for qualified clinicians to contribute to improving ADHD pathways within the NHS, supporting diagnostic accuracy and clinical efficiency across various regions in the UK. The Clinical Advisor will deliver both face-to-face and virtual training sessions, ensuring clinicians and administrators are proficient in administering and interpreting test results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regional face-to-face and remote training sessions for clinicians and administrators within the ADHD sector
- Educate healthcare professionals on how to standardise testing environments and administer test results accurately.
- Support clinicians in interpreting test reports and integrating results into diagnostic decision-making.
- Collaborate with clinical leads and service managers to optimise the use of the technology within their services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer support, responding promptly to clinical and operational inquiries.
- Analyse customer usage data to identify opportunities for improving clinical workflows and product utilisation.
- Work closely with sales and management teams to demonstrate product features and provide clinical insights.
- Liaise with the medical and quality departments to support research initiatives and quality assurance measures.
- Travel regionally and occasionally internationally to deliver training and support, with travel expenses covered.
Requirements:
- Registered clinician with a minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience in nursing, psychology, or allied health professions, with current membership to a UK recognised professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
- Degree-level qualification or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in diagnosing and assessing mental health or neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD.
- Experience with research or clinical trials is desirable.
- Full UK driver’s license with no bans or restrictions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences via virtual platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel outside of regular hours and adapt to various professional environments.
