Community Support Worker – Caerphilly | Full-Time | Social Care Jobs

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
Pay Rates:
- Weekdays: £12.85 per hour
- Weekends: £13 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £15.10 per hour
Location: Caerphilly
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Full-time
Shift Pattern: To Be Determined; flexibility to work every other weekend preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on support with personal care and daily living tasks
- Assisting in developing and implementing tailored care plans
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff members
- Managing medication administration and support
- Building positive relationships with individuals, their families, and professionals
- Ensuring high standards of health and safety are maintained

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Support Worker or similar role
- Desire to progress into a senior position
- Relevant qualification (e.g., QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care) preferred
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
