Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes across secondary school year groups, including GCSE classes
- Support pupils' learning and behaviour in the classroom
- Assist with maintaining a safe and productive environment
- Follow the lesson plans provided by teachers when necessary
- Support pupils with special educational needs and behavioural challenges
Requirements:
- Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children or in the care sector
- Keen interest in working with children and supporting their development
- Open to training and development opportunities
- Proactive work ethic and positive attitude
- Good understanding of special educational needs
- Ability to provide support to pupils with patience and understanding
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
