Key Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor based in Liverpool, your daily duties will include:

• Supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared lessons to ensure continuity of learning.
• Managing behaviour and creating a calm, positive environment conducive to student success.
• Supporting students’ engagement and maintaining high standards of conduct.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure smooth lesson delivery and effective classroom management.
• Upholding safeguarding policies and promoting an inclusive school culture.
