CQC Registered Manager - Liverpool
Salary: Up to £33,100
Are you an experienced leader in adult social care looking for a stable, high-impact role? We are seeking a dedicated CQC Registered Manager to lead our established service in North Liverpool.
This service supports adults aged 18-65 with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Mental Health (MH) diagnoses. The home currently holds a "GOOD" CQC rating, and you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing this high standard of care.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you will provide full operational and clinical oversight:
- CQC Registration: Formally register with the CQC as the Manager for the service.
- Quality & Compliance: Work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) and Nominated Individual (NI) to ensure the service consistently meets all CQC and company standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage, recruit, and develop the staff team, fostering a culture of high-quality, person-centred support.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the home, including managing budgets and the referral process.
- Delivering Support: Ensure all adults receive effective, individualized support that promotes positive outcomes and independence.

What You'll Need
- Qualification: A Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager within a CQC-regulated adult care setting.
- Driving: Must hold a valid Driving Licence.
