We support residents to enjoy active lives through engaging activities including trips, shopping, arts and crafts, college attendance, and drama classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery:
- Oversee and support person-centred care; ensure health and safety standards
- Maintain high-quality support aligned with regulatory compliance
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, or currently undertaking NVQ Level 3 or 4
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Deputy or Registered Manager role within residential or supported living settings
- Proven experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire a dedicated team
- Full UK driving license
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, holistic care
