Are you an experienced professional in children's residential care ready for the next step?
We're looking for a dedicated Deputy Children's Home Manager to join a team and help open a brand new children's home in St Athan. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a new service and build a supportive, nurturing environment for young people.
This is a Monday to Friday position with a choice of flexible working hours: either 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM. Our client is committed to your professional growth and will provide full support for you to continue your qualifications in children's services. Key Requirements:

A Level 3 Children and Young People (CYP) qualification is essential.

Proven experience working in a children's residential setting.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
