Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the residential children’s service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people with EBD.
- Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff teams, fostering a positive and professional environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting the well-being and development of each young person.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- Build strong relationships with young people, families, and external agencies to support positive outcomes.
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that encourages young people to thrive.
Requirements:
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or currently undertaking) in Children’s Services.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children’s Residential Services or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as a Deputy or Registered Manager within a children’s residential home.
- Experience working with children and young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with a passion for making a difference.
