Job Description
We are recruiting a Deputy Manager – 16+ Supported Accommodation to join a supportive, values-led service based in Newport, Newport. This is a fantastic opportunity to help young people in care and care leavers build independence through safe, consistent, high-quality support in a regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager – 16+ Supported Accommodation based in Newport, your daily duties will include:

• Leading and supporting staff teams to deliver safe, consistent care and positive outcomes for young people
• Co-ordinating multi-agency working with local authorities, commissioners, social workers, safeguarding partners and other stakeholders
• Driving compliance and quality assurance, including record-keeping, safeguarding practice, audits, training matrices, and service standards aligned to CIW/Ofsted expectations

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Deputy Manager – 16+ Supported Accommodation, you will need:

• Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in a relevant area (essential)
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience managing teams within children’s residential services (or a closely aligned setting)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
