Key Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations
   

• Lead, motivate and develop the staff team
   

• Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care and compliance
   

• Drive positive outcomes for young people
   

• Build effective relationships with families and professionals
   

• Oversee care plans, audits and quality assurance
   

• Support rota planning and staff coordination
   

About You

• Experience working in a children’s residential home
   

• Confident leading or supervising staff
   

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s home regulations
   

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
   

• Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)
