Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager with daily operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care, and compliance
- Drive positive outcomes for young people
- Build effective relationships with families and professionals
- Oversee care plans, audits, and quality assurance processes
- Support rota planning and staff coordination
Requirements:
- Experience working in a children’s residential home
- Confident in leading or supervising staff
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s home regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)
