Children's Home Deputy Manager

Job Details:
- Children's Home Deputy Manager
- Widnes based home
- Home specialises in supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- The home can support up to 2 children
- The home is currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
- The deputy will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home is safe and effective in providing support to children and young people
- The deputy will deputise as the manager when the RM is absence
- Support with managing and recruiting staff team
Contract Details:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- 2 on, 4 off, with admin days
- £15.00 p/h + £60 per sleep
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3/4 in children and young people
- Team Leader or Deputy Management experience
- Driver
