Salary: £36,549 - £39,549 - Inclusive of sleeps   

Job Description: Our client, a leading specialist provider, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their children’s residential care team in Wrexham. Key Responsibilities:  

• Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the children’s home in Wrexham  
• Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care 
•  Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures 
•  Contribute to the development and implementation of personalised care plans  
• Assist in managing budgets, rotas, and resource allocation 
• Promote a therapeutic and nurturing environment for children and young people  
• Support staff training and development, including funded qualifications  
• Play an active role in shaping the service’s approach and policies

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a residential children’s home, at Senior or Deputy level  
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People 
•  Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle 
•  Knowledge of CIW regulations and safeguarding procedures 
•  Experience with budgets and staff rotas 
•  Strong leadership and communication skills 
•  Passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives
