Your Impact as Deputy Manager in Paignton:
Working closely with the Home Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the service and the success of the dedicated staff team. Your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Bring:

ESSENTIAL: NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Services (or equivalent).

ESSENTIAL: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in a Children’s Residential Support Work environment.

Full UK Driving Licence (for transporting young people).

Must be over 21 years of age.

Commitment to working towards or having already achieved your Level 5 qualification.
