Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service and the achievement of high-quality care standards
- Lead, support, and supervise junior staff to foster a cohesive, motivated team
- Champion the highest standards of care, addressing the physical, emotional, and behavioral needs of children and young people
- Develop and implement effective placement and risk management plans
- Plan and facilitate engaging daily activities, including community outings, clubs, and social interactions to promote independence and positive behavior

What You’ll Bring:
- Essential: NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Services (or equivalent)
- Essential: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in a Children’s Residential Support environment
- Essential: Full UK Driving Licence (for transporting young people)
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Commitment to working towards or having already achieved your Level 5 qualification
