Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service and the achievement of high-quality care standards
Lead, support, and supervise junior staff to foster a cohesive, motivated team
Champion the highest standards of care, addressing the physical, emotional, and behavioral needs of children and young people
Develop and implement effective placement and risk management plans
Plan and facilitate engaging daily activities, including community outings, clubs, and social interactions to promote independence and positive behavior

What You’ll Bring:

Essential: NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Services (or equivalent)
Essential: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in a Children’s Residential Support environment
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence (for transporting young people)
Must be over 21 years of age
Commitment to working towards or having already achieved your Level 5 qualification
