Deputy Manager - Join A Brand New Children's Home!
Are you a passionate and experienced professional looking for a leadership opportunity in children's residential care? Our client is opening a brand new residential children's home and we're seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to help shape its success from the ground up!
This exciting role offers the chance to support up to four young people (aged 5-18, all genders) with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), Cognition and Learning Needs, and Communication and Interaction Needs. Having been registered in November 2024, the home is awaiting its first Ofsted inspection, offering you a unique opportunity to contribute to its initial rating.
What You'll Earn:

Hourly Rate: £15.65 - £16.60 p/h

Annual Salary: Between £32,550 and £34,520 (based on up to 40 hours per week)

Annual Sleep Allowance: An additional £3,150 to £5,250 (based on 6-10 sleeps per month over 10.5 months)
Your Working Pattern:
The typical rota involves a three-week cycle with shifts generally running from 08:00 to 23:00, plus required sleep-ins. This is followed by a 07:30 - 08:30 handover the next day. You'll need to be flexible with your working hours, including some weekends.
