Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Manager in managing the team and overseeing daily operations
- Plan staff rotas and manage team performance

Requirements:
- NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with a willingness to work towards Level 3
- Previous experience in a senior support worker or supervisory role in social care

- Comfortable with personal care responsibilities
