Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Plan, prepare, and assess pupils’ work in line with the national curriculum
• Encourage creativity, confidence, and performance skills among students
• Contribute to school productions and extracurricular activities (desirable)
• Maintain strong classroom management and foster positive learning environments

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Passion for performing arts and student development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
