Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead the setup and operation of brand new 3-bed and 4-bed children’s homes in London. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the homes, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and operational management of new children’s homes in London, E11.
- Ensure all homes meet Ofsted standards and regulations.
- Manage and support staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual children’s needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
- Oversee safeguarding procedures and promote a safe environment for children.
- Monitor and improve the quality of care provided across the homes.
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience within an Ofsted-registered children’s home.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Driving licence is strongly favourable.
