Key Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Learning Support Assistant based on the Wirral, your daily duties will include:

• Building strong, supportive relationships with a designated group of children and their families, acting as their primary advocate and guide.
• Supporting the delivery of the EYFS framework through creative continuous provision and structured activities that promote learning in English, Maths, and world discovery.
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding by working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure every child's safety, happiness, and voice are prioritised.
• Collaborating with teachers and colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as an Early Years Learning Support Assistant, you will need:

• Strong English and Maths skills to support foundational development.
• A creative mindset capable of adapting to the needs of children from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Resilience and positivity to thrive in a fast-paced classroom setting.
• A deep commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of young children.
• Relevant experience working with early years children is desirable.
• An enhanced DBS check and relevant safeguarding training.
