Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher

Job Description:
Our client, a leading special educational needs school on the Wirral, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive environment focused on delivering tailored education to pupils with SEND and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
As a SEN Teacher based in the Wirral, your daily duties will include:

• Teaching pupils to GCSE entry-level standard in English.
• Developing and implementing personalised learning programmes for children with SEND and high-level complex needs.
• Recording, analysing, and tracking pupil progress to ensure continuous development.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote engaging and creative learning experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a SEN Teacher, you will need:

• A recognised teaching qualification such as QTS or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with Autistic Spectrum Conditions.
• Knowledge or interest in Autistic Spectrum Conditions and associated behaviours.
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and eligibility to work in the UK.
