Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a leading educational organisation in the Wirral. This full-time role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and will cover a 12-month period to support the delivery of high-quality English education.

Key Responsibilities:
As an English Teacher based in the Wirral, your daily duties will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the ability to teach Key Stage 5 preferred.
• Developing innovative and stimulating teaching materials to maximise student engagement and achievement.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Contributing to the ongoing development of the English curriculum and participating in departmental meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as an English Teacher, you will need:

• A recognised teaching qualification such as QTS or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching English at secondary level, ideally across KS3 and KS4, with some experience or interest in KS5.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students.
• Mandatory compliance with safeguarding policies, including an Enhanced DBS Check and right to work in the UK.
