Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + benefits

Our client, a leading organisation supporting veterans, is seeking an Enterprise & Partnerships Manager to lead the next phase of development for their innovative veterans housing, welfare, employment, and enterprise model in Wilton. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a forward-thinking service that combines housing stability with skills development, employment opportunities, and enterprise support.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Enterprise & Partnerships Manager based in Wilton, your daily duties will include:

• Leading the overall management of the Entrain Space operation, overseeing approximately four on-site staff, and fostering a positive, customer-focused service culture.
• Developing and demonstrating an innovative welfare model that supports employment and independence for veterans.
• Building a strong network of partnerships with organisations such as DWP, NHS, local authorities, MOD, and veterans charities to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Cultivating relationships with employers and private sector partners to create employment, training, and work placement opportunities for veterans.
• Supporting the development of the Entrain Enterprise Hub at Wilton, facilitating business start-ups, self-employment, and skills training.
• Representing Entrain Space at stakeholder meetings, conferences, and community events, enhancing its external profile.
• Identifying income and funding opportunities through corporate partnerships, grants, sponsorships, and enterprise income.
• Contributing to digital transformation initiatives and streamlining organisational processes.
• Engaging with the local community and overseeing volunteer services to strengthen community ties.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful as an Enterprise & Partnerships Manager, you will need:

• A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3, QTS, or RMN Status.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, ideally within social enterprise, supported housing, employment, or community development.
• Strong relationship-building skills with high-level stakeholders, including government agencies, charities, and private sector organisations.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and PR skills.
• An understanding of employment, skills development, and enterprise activities.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and lead organisational change.
• Confidence with digital tools and organisational transformation.
• A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for veterans.
