What Will You Be Doing?
As a PE / Sport Teacher, you'll play an important role in inspiring students to develop their sporting abilities, confidence and enthusiasm for physical activity.
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students of varying abilities are supported and challenged.

Planning creative and inclusive lessons that encourage participation, develop practical skills and promote healthy, active lifestyles.

Supporting student development by building confidence, teamwork, resilience and a positive attitude towards physical education.

Creating a positive learning environment where students feel motivated, included and encouraged to achieve their potential.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices, contribute to curriculum development and improve student outcomes.
What Are We Looking For?
We're looking for a motivated and dedicated teacher who is passionate about physical education and making a positive difference to young people's learning experiences.
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Experience teaching Physical Education or Sport within a secondary school setting.

Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to teaching and classroom management.

A genuine passion for promoting physical activity, teamwork and student wellbeing.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people, including an Enhanced DBS Check.
