Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity and comfort
- Use manual handling equipment safely and effectively in a live environment
- Assist in the implementation of individualised care and treatment plans
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting their well-being
- Support residents with daily activities, promoting independence where possible
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
- Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
- Compassionate and committed to delivering high-quality care
- Ability to work flexibly across days, nights, and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
