Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Using manual handling equipment safely and effectively
- Implementing care and treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Offering companionship and emotional support to residents
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
- Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
- Compassionate and dedicated attitude towards elderly and dementia care
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to deliver a holistic and therapeutic approach to care
