Salary: £13.68 - £27.36 per hour (DOE)
Job Description:
Are you a dedicated Healthcare Assistant with experience in caring for individuals with dementia and other health conditions? Our client, a leading specialist provider in social care, is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join their team in Tonypandy. This role offers flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments while making a meaningful difference in residents' lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to residents with dementia and other health conditions
- Using manual handling equipment safely and effectively
- Implementing care and treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Offering companionship and emotional support to residents
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
- Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
- Compassionate and patient approach to elderly and dementia care
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends

This is a temporary, flexible agency role with full or part-time hours available.
