Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and support to residents with dignity and respect
- Use manual handling equipment safely and effectively
- Assist in implementing individual care and treatment plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in line with care standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
- Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
- A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for elderly residents, including those with dementia
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
