Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate HLTA Primary Teaching Assistant (SEN Support) to join a supportive primary school in Caerphilly. Key Responsibilities:
As a HLTA Primary Teaching Assistant (SEN Support) based in Caerphilly, your daily duties will include:

• Providing high-quality classroom support to pupils, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support that meets individual pupil needs
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of learning activities and classroom routines
• Supporting students with SEN to promote their social and academic development
• Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organised classroom environment
• Supporting the inclusion of all pupils, fostering independence and confidence
• Undertaking personal care responsibilities as required

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a HLTA Primary Teaching Assistant (SEN Support), you will need:

• Previous experience working with children, ideally within a primary or SEN setting
• Strong communication and teamworking skills
• Competence with personal care
• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one
• Flexibility to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
