Housekeeper – Make a Difference in the Lives of Young People with Complex Needs
Are you passionate about supporting young people with complex needs and helping them lead more independent lives? Do you have the patience, empathy, and resilience to work with children and young individuals facing challenges such as anger management, absconding, and criminal behaviours?
Vetro Recruitment is currently recruiting for a recruiting for a Housekeeper to join our a specialist service that supports young people with complex needs in our 3-4 bedroom residential homes.
We are looking for passionate people to make sure our sites are safe and comfortable, whilst covering all aspects of housekeeping. You will will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the homes and will have a flexible approach and be able to respond quickly to requests for assistance.
These homes provide a nurturing and safe environment, with a minimum staffing ratio of 1:1, ensuring each young person receives the tailored care and support they deserve.

Duties of the role will include:
- Thorough cleaning of all areas of the home.
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of cleaning are covered.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure all pupils and staff are kept safe.
The successful candidate will have experience of daily cleaning schedules and ensure appropriate paperwork in completed and a good knowledge of health and safety legislation applicable to the role.
The hours of work for this role will be 9am until 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
Please note, for this role we are only able to consider candidates with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
