Sophie Davies! She has taken the time to meet with me and invest in learning my supported living homes, to know what I need, when I'm looking for cover.

Sophie is so in tune with her clients that she made contact with me for a temp-to-perm that she knew aligned with my values and required support. I know if I reach out to Sophie by phone or email, she will respond right away to let me know she has seen my request for staffing and she is actively working on it. Because of Sophie Davies' approach, Vetro is the only agency I approach when we require staff cover, should it be emergency cover or longer term. Sophie will email early in the week to let managers know of staff she has available immediately, and their skill set, so coming back to work after the weekend off, this gives me a welcome safety net for staffing options to plan cover for the week. Sophie is a credit to Vetro Recruitment.
