You will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining our school's IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software issues.
We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is a great problem-solver and can communicate effectively with people of all technical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support to students and staff.
Maintain and manage school networks and servers.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Troubleshoot issues with laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
Support the integration of new technologies into the curriculum.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Google operating systems.
Experience with network administration (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
